Our process
1. Initial consultation
We take the time to meet and discuss what you want to achieve and what is possible within council requirements. We talk about your requirements, budget, construction dates, and options.
2. Concept plan
You will meet our partnered architect/building designer, and together, we will develop a concept plan based on your requirements. A preliminary agreement is made. (Fee is based on the size of the project.)
3. Got your own plans?
No problem, we can provide you with a detailed cost analysis from your approved DA drawings. (Fee is based on the size of the project.)
4. DA plans and designs
The DA drawings and documents are prepared. Consulting with engineers, certifier, and the council, we prepare all the documents and drawings required to submit the DA.
5. Detailed cost analysis
We analyse in detail all the approved documents and provide you with a detailed building proposal. This process ensures that everything is covered come construction.
6. Selections
A fun part of the process where you work with the designer or us to make the necessary selections from our checklist including finishes, fixtures, and fittings. Refine the inclusions and exclusions to ensure the final product matches your vision and budget.
7. Construction
Frequent updates via email and your client portal through our software, along with regular scheduled site visits so you can see your design come to life.
8. Handover
We carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you and rectify anything that needs attention before final acceptance and occupation.
9. Post-build commitment
We attend to any issues that require attention during the defects liability period.
