This existing cottage, built circa 1900 during the Federation era, was completely revitalized with a rear extension and a first-floor addition, creating a life-changing layout for a couple with adult children. Designed to be the true heart of the home, the new kitchen and dining area provides the perfect, welcoming gathering space for when their kids return to visit. The living area now opens out onto a beautiful deck, bringing an abundance of natural light into the home through striking custom triangle windows.
