Project Overview

This major renovation completely transformed a property right in the heart of the city into a luxurious, high-end four-bedroom, three-bathroom home. The project involved digging out the basement to create a completely new living level featuring a kitchen, dining area, and laundry, while the upstairs underwent a complete transformation with newly relocated bathrooms. To top it off, a double-car garage was built featuring a rooftop entertaining area—complete with a custom steel structure, a glass roof, and large bifold doors—providing the ultimate urban retreat.
