Project Overview

The clients sought to create a separate, independent living space on their block without losing their highly valued garage car space. To achieve this, a studio renovation was carefully designed and built directly on top of the existing garage. This thoughtful addition provided the extra living area they needed while perfectly preserving their everyday parking layout and functionality.
